Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Nullcrest, operated by Cyberfrog Systems. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility (18+)
Nullcrest is an adults-only (18+) service. It includes simulated economy and chance-based mechanics and real-money token purchases. You must be at least 18 years old and confirm this at signup. If you are not, you may not use the service.
2. Your account
You register with an email address and a password. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep your email current. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- cheat, exploit bugs, automate gameplay, or use bots or unauthorized clients;
- operate multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage (multi-accounting);
- buy, sell, or trade accounts, in-game items, or tokens for real money outside the service (real-money trading);
- attempt to access, disrupt, or probe our systems, other accounts, or the service's security;
- use the service for any unlawful purpose.
4. No player-to-player communication
Nullcrest does not provide any player-to-player messaging, chat, or other direct communication feature. Do not attempt to use any part of the service to send messages to, or solicit, other players.
5. Virtual tokens and purchases
The service offers virtual tokens that may be purchased with real money through Stripe via frogpay. Tokens and any in-game items are a limited license to use features within the game. They have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for money, and cannot be transferred outside the service. All sales are final and non-refundable, as disclosed at checkout, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
6. Enforcement and termination
We may issue warnings, suspend, ban, or terminate an account that violates these Terms or our acceptable-use rules. You may delete your account at any time; see the Privacy Policy for what is deleted and what is retained. On termination, your license to use tokens and items ends and no refund is owed.
7. Service availability and changes
The service is provided "as is." We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may update these Terms; on a material change we will bump the version above and, where material, ask you to re-accept before your next purchase or sign-in.
